WORKERS & EMPLOYEES

 

1. We will remain at a safe 2 metre distance

2. We will wash our hands after each window clean completed

3. We will wear gloves and change them when taking payments

4. We aim to take contactless payments rather than cash (see below for more information regarding payments)

 

CUSTOMERS

 

To help us we ask that you:

1. Please remain indoors whilst we clean your windows

2. Please make sure you remain at a 2 metre distance if you are outside

3. Please make sure that we have access to rear of your property by leaving all gates unlocked

4. a. Please make sure you are able to pay by a contactless method for your window clean

b. If you do want to make payments by cash, please make sure you have the right money and place this in

a sealed envelope and leave in a safe place

 

CONTACTLESS & CASH PAYMENTS

 

We will, from this point on aim to primarily accept contactless payments. 

 

You can pay by:

 

 1. Online banking (we will send out details by text after your clean)

2. Credit or debit card payments (we can take payments through your window with our card machine)

3. Online credit or debit card payments (we will send you a payment link by text after your clean)

4. Over the phone by credit or debit card (we will text you our Payment Hotline Number after your clean)

5. Cash – please make sure you have the correct money available and placed in an envelope or bag

Our office will be open between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
